Your memories, conversations, and personal information are never used to train AI models. Your content remains private and is only used to power your Digital Persona.

Text processing

We use trusted third-party AI providers for text generation. How it works:
  • When someone chats with your persona, their message is processed by third-party AI providers
  • The AI uses your memories to generate a response
  • These providers do not store your data permanently
  • They do not train their models on your content
  • All processing happens under strict data agreements

Voice processing

We use trusted third-party voice synthesis technology for voice generation. Voice Verification Before your voice is activated, we require human verification. This mandatory step ensures:
  • Your voice sample is authentic
  • You explicitly consent to voice cloning
  • The voice model meets quality standards
Voice Security Once your voice is cloned:
  • Your voice model is encrypted and stored securely
  • It can only be used within the Pantio platform
  • You can delete your voice model at any time
Voice Generation During voice calls with your persona:
  • Voice generation happens in real-time
  • No call recordings are stored permanently
  • Your voice model remains secure and encrypted

You have full control over how your data is processed:
  • Visibility settings: Control who can interact with your persona
  • Memory access: Choose what each audience sees
  • Deletion: Delete any data at any time
  • Export: Request a copy of all your data
